The people

Your advisors.

Four people. You will meet all of them in the first month, and you will have the direct line for each.

Advisors

Two planners. No sales team.

  • Grace Lindqvist, CFP

Founding advisor. Retirement and estate coordination.

Grace runs the Discover and Decide meetings and owns the one page plan. Eleven years in planning, the first four at a national firm she does not name on purpose. She is the one who will ask about your parents' health before she asks about your 401(k), because the second answer depends on the first.

  • Daniel Achebe, CFP, CPA

Founding advisor. Equity compensation and tax.

Daniel builds the projections and runs the Model meeting. He spent six years in a tax practice before planning, which is why the firm's tax work starts in January and why he reads stock plan documents for fun. If your equity is in one company, he is the person who will show you the real number behind the fear.

  • Noor Haddad

    Client service lead.

Noor is the voice on the phone and the person who knows where every form is. Account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, the October tax projection reminders: she runs them. She has never let a rollover check sit in a drawer, and she will not start with yours.

  • Ben Okafor

    Operations and compliance.

Ben keeps the firm registered, the records clean and the fee billing exact to the dollar. He also maintains the rebalancing rules and runs them every quarter, which means the portfolios get rebalanced because the calendar says so, not because someone had a feeling.

Working with us

Who you talk to, and when.

Every household has a lead advisor, Grace or Daniel, chosen in the intro meeting by what your plan needs most. Both advisors attend the Decide meeting, because the plan is signed by one of us and reviewed by the other before you see it.

Between meetings, email goes to your lead advisor and gets a reply within one business day. Paperwork and scheduling go to Noor. Billing questions go to Ben. Nobody is ever routed to a call center, because there is not one.

If your lead advisor is on leave, the other steps in with full notes. Two advisors who both know every family is the reason we cap the firm at fifty, and it is the thing clients mention most in their reviews.
